Return and Refund Policy (Digital Products/Ebooks)

All sales are final
Due to the instant, non-tangible nature of digital products (including ebooks, PDFs, and downloadable files), all purchases are final and non-refundable.
Once an order is confirmed and the file(s) are delivered, or access is granted, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Why we do not accept returns or offer refunds

  • Immediate access: Digital items are delivered instantly and cannot be “returned” in the same way as physical goods.
  • Intellectual property: Upon delivery, you receive access to the content, which cannot be rescinded once downloaded or accessed.
  • Preventing misuse: A no-return policy helps prevent unauthorized copying, sharing, or use after a refund.

Exceptions we will consider
While refunds are not generally offered, we will review requests in the following limited cases:

  • Duplicate purchase: You accidentally purchased the same product more than once using the same account.
  • Technical issue on our side: The file is corrupted, incomplete, or otherwise unusable, and we cannot provide a working replacement within a reasonable time.
  • Non-delivery: You did not receive the download link or access credentials and our support team cannot verify delivery.
  • Unauthorized transaction: You believe your payment method was used fraudulently.

Any approved refund will be issued to the original payment method only.

Before you buy

Order issues and support
If you experience download problems, corrupted files, or access issues, contact us within 7 days of purchase so we can assist.
We may request your order number, purchase email, and screenshots to verify and resolve the issue.

Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any issues. Unauthorized chargebacks for items delivered as described may result in account restrictions.
